Liability Policy
We are fully insured and take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets. However, Barnstable Dog Care is not liable for unforeseen incidents such as pet illness or injury during the service period.

Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Pet Behavior and Responsibility
Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets. Aggressive or hazardous behavior from a pet may result in suspension of services.
Service Modifications
Barnstable Dog Care reserves the right to modify services as needed, based on weather conditions, pet health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, always with the pet’s best interest in mind
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a fee. Repeated cancellations may lead to a review of your service agreement.
